To ensure the speed and efficiency of transportation, we temporarily shut down international operations and provide services only in the continental United States. Any subsequent adjustments will be updated on the website, and we apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
Order Processing Time
Order processing time is usually 1-2 business days. Our order cutoff time is 5:00 PM (MST), Monday – Friday. Orders after 5:00 PM (MST)on Friday will be processed and shipped next Monday. (holiday extension).
Mode of Transport
We use DHL EXPRESS for shipping goods. If your purchase costs less than $99.99, an additional delivery fee of $9.99 will be charged. Postage will be waived if your purchase costs exceed $99.99 (inclusive).
Transit Time
The transportation time for goods is generally 3-8 days. The final delivery time is usually 4-10 days.

Transport Delay
If the package is not received after 60 days, we will re-ship and issue a replacement $10 coupon or offer a refund.

If you find that your package has been lost in transit, we are not responsible, but we will be happy to contact the shipping company.
